Who is eligible for this subscription?
To be eligible to purchase this subscription you must satisfy all of the following:
- Your business is either a sole trader, limited company, or partnership
- Your business is not VAT registered
- Your business has less than £90,000 in annual sales
- Your business is based in the Kingston upon Thames or Surrey area.
Business that don't meet all of these criteria will unfortunately not be able to take advantage of our services at SPBK Kingston.

What happens when I subscribe?
Your subscription begins as soon as you complete the checkout process by clicking Subscribe above. This will kick-off a series of events to get your new bookkeeping system up and running within 14 days.
- Provide us with information about you and your business. We want to get to know you better to make sure we can help you in the best way. (Email form and short call)
- Complete your identity verification checks. We need to make sure you are who you say you are. (Online or mobile)
- Sign engagement letter. We set out all the expectations from you and from us so we're all on the same page. (Online or mobile)
- Onboarding call. We ensure all of the above steps are complete and make sure we have everything we need to start your bookkeeping from the desired date. (In-person meeting or online video call)
Will the price I pay ever change?
No, you will pay the same price for as long as you stay subscribed.
If you do decide to cancel the subscription and then wish to re-join at a later date, the price of your subscription will be the current price at the time of re-joining.
The current price is heavily discounted for our new subscribers for the launch of this new all-in-one monthly subscription bookkeeping service.
The discount will never be bigger than what it is now and it will decrease after each cohort is full or expires.
When the current cohort becomes full, you can pre-register to join the next cohort. There will be a new price for the next cohort once open, which will be higher than last price.
The discount will be smaller for each cohort until we reach the full price, after which there will no longer be any discount.
The full price for this subscription is £299 per month.
We only plan to offer one subscription level at this time, so all services we offer will always be included in this subscription.
